The successful applicant should be able to manage a residential conveyancing file without supervision. A working knowledge of PEXA and the PPSR would be advantageous. For the right applicant there will be an opportunity to be involved with finance and securities.
Working in tandem with your team leader you will have the opportunity to develop a practice and get exposure to a range of transactions and hopefully settle into your niche.
