A full-time vacancy currently exists in our Dorevitch Commercial team for a Client Liaison Officer - Pathology based at our head office in Heidelberg.
Reporting to the B2B Manager, you will excel in this fast-paced role by utilising your knowledge of Pathology Laboratory process and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Daily management of client contracts to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and exceeded
- Maintaining internal and external communication channels
- Identifying growth opportunities, developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
- Coordination of onsite collection activities
- Administrative duties including the preparation of quotes, invoices, agreements and standard operating procedures
If you have the following skill set, we want to hear from you:
- An understanding of Pathology Laboratory Processes
- Experience in managing large private sector and Government contracts
- Expert problem-solving skills with the aptitude to think outside the box
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience in general administration duties
- Five-star customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining great relationships
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, particularly ULTRA (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand Standard 4308 &4760, procedure for specimen collection and the detection and quantification of drugs in urine & oral fluid (advantageous)
