Commercial Liaison Officer - Pathology

A full-time vacancy currently exists in our Dorevitch Commercial team for a Client Liaison Officer - Pathology based at our head office in Heidelberg.

Reporting to the B2B Manager, you will excel in this fast-paced role by utilising your knowledge of Pathology Laboratory process and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Daily management of client contracts to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and exceeded
• Maintaining internal and external communication channels
• Identifying growth opportunities, developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement
• Coordination of onsite collection activities
• Administrative duties including the preparation of quotes, invoices, agreements and standard operating procedures

If you have the following skill set, we want to hear from you:

• An understanding of Pathology Laboratory Processes
• Experience in managing large private sector and Government contracts
• Expert problem-solving skills with the aptitude to think outside the box
• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Experience in general administration duties
• Five-star customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining great relationships
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, particularly ULTRA (advantageous)
• Knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand Standard 4308 &4760, procedure for specimen collection and the detection and quantification of drugs in urine & oral fluid (advantageous)
