About the role
This role involves managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from initiation to resolution as well as conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting high-quality legal documents (level dependent). You will represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, collaborate with senior lawyers on complex litigation cases and cultivate strong client relationships.
About you:
- 3+ PQE in Commercial Litigation (IP, consumer and defamation dispute experience will be considered)
- Strong research, writing and communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Dedication to delivering a high level of service to clients.
- Ongoing support, training, and development with an Employee Assistance Program
