AddressOpening for a Commerical / Litigation lawyer available with a niche specialist boutique commercial law firm Specialising in debt recovery, liquidation and all matters of commercial law.
The firm has well-established Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution practice with a focus on contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, equity and insolvency, as well as providing legal advice in respect of a wide range of commercial transactions, servicing a diverse group of commercial and government clients - both national and international - across a number of industries.

- $80,000 to $135,000 Salary range pending experience

- 3-5+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain carriage of matters from start to finish
- Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for commercial law and litigation
