You will enjoy a broad role working directly with one Partner of a five partner group in a high performing, friendly and innovative dispute resolution team, representing corporates, SME's and high net worth individual clients in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court and VCAT.

- Commercial contract disputes
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Intellectual property
- Workplace relations
- Insolvency disputes
- Property disputes
- Building defect claims and general building and construction disputes
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong academic outcomes
- Two years' (minimum) PAE
- Exposure to a broad mix of Commercial Litigation and insolvency is highly desirable
