AddressA boutique and friendly 6 lawyer / 12 staff CBD based law firm have an opening for a commercial/Litigation Lawyer to join them. If you are able to speak Mandarin that would be highly advantageous due to the vast client following the firm attracts.

- Salary range of $100K-$140K + Super (1-3 years PAE)

- Preparing important court documents and witness statements
- Preparing and advising on shareholders agreements and other co-venturing arrangements
- Collaborating with barristers and senior counsel
- Interacting with clients and helping clients solve real-life situations
- Court Attendance
- Review and preparation of security documents, general security deeds, deeds of guarantee, and loan agreements
- Preparing and advising on shareholders agreements and other co-venturing arrangements
- Minimum 1-3 years PAE across commercial law matters
- Excellent communication skills - clear English and ideally able to speak Mandarin.
- Friendly and respectful professional manner
- Comfortable appearing in court
