As the Commercial Manager, you will join our Senior Leadership team and be responsible for providing commercial support and contractual leadership to manage and execute client, subcontractor and supplier contracts across a growing number of complex and diverse projects.

Make an impact in these key areas of responsibility;
- Execution and management of client contracts.
- Support the Executive and Bid Teams in review and assessment of tenders.
- Manage Sub-Contracts/Suppliers and maximise commercial effectiveness of contracts.
- Oversee general contract management requirements and manage all relevant stakeholder relationships.
- Develop reporting processes to allow regular and accurate contract performance updates and other insights.
- Implement and maintain risk management practices and controls.
- Provide leadership and development to project teams.
Bring the following skills and expertise;
- Strong contract management experience including background in ECPM, client and contractor environments.
- Tertiary Education in Business, Law, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience delivering commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
- Familiar with projects of all sizes and various contract structures.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to lead, influence and collaborate.
- Drafting and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded and a strong negotiator.
- Able to travel, minimum 1 week per month, to support projects on site.
The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
