This privately owned real estate agency operating from two offices has been servicing Commercial Property in Metro Melbourne for over 100 years.
About the role:
Reporting to the director of property management, you will manage a well maintained portfolio of commercial office buildings for long established seasoned investors.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for each property
• Manage outgoing budgets, operating costs & EOFY reconciliations
• Conduct lease renewal negotiations, option renewals, assignments & rent reviews
• Schedule & conduct property inspections
• Arrange & review insurance covers in accordance with landlords
• Effective management of rental & outgoings arrears

About you:
The successful candidate will have:

• Solid experience managing commercial office tower buildings
• Thorough knowledge of commercial leases
• Experience with outgoing budgets & EOFY reconciliations
• Effective business English skills written & verbal
• Ability to maintain relationships with commercially astute clients
• Agents rep certificate
