What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Property Manager to support a prestigious client’s portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for the property management activity of the leased, revenue and freehold portfolio.
This role will be required in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.
An overview of the role:
- Liaising with landlords/ tenants, being the first point of contact
- Support the portfolio with financial administration including supporting the preparation and management of annual budget, expenditure processes and managing Accounts Receivable variance reports
- Work and liaise with the Facilities team on management of the leased assets
- Manage leased facilities to ensure it is compliant with the lease
- Maintain critical lease and licence documentation
- Assist with lease negotiations, market rent reviews, property inspections and property submissions

- You must have full working rights in Australia with the ability to undertake police and background checks
- Relevant Real Estate Certification or registration with a proven track record in Commercial Property management
- Demonstrated effective client relationship skills – able to interact face to face or via video link with stakeholder of all levels
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), coupled with active listening
- Has an eye for detail and drive to provide best delivery of services
- Self-motivated, confident and driven with ability to work autonomously as well as in a remote team environment
- Highly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and in a remote team environment
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
