AddressPure Property Management is looking for an energetic experienced Commercial Property Manager with a great attitude to join our Hunterteam.
We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in Commercial Property management. If you're passionate about the industry and have a strategic vision for growth, we want to hear from you.
As a business we pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding client expectations and are looking for new team members who strive for the same.
Your duties, but not limited to the following:
- Supporting the Licensee
- Liaising with Tenants
- Coordinating maintenance
- Payment of Accounts
- Completing inspections and reports
- Other duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Property Experience preferred (but Commercial Property management experience is not essential).
- NSW certificate of registration or Class 2 licence
- Full Drivers Licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in Re-leased Trust account systems would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
