Job Description
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity?
We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running with multiple properties utilising established Commercial Property management skills, including sourcing properties, tenancies and lease negotiation. You will additionally have an administrative support to help you maintain details.
Stakeholder engagement is a key aspect of this role, and you will deliver clear communication to all stakeholders, both internal and external. Your ability to provide considered responses and clear messages will inspire trust and confidence in others.
This position suits an experienced Commercial Property Manager with demonstrated results seeking a work life balance.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Property Management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- The ability to utilise negotiation, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving techniques in service delivery
- Experience in site utilisation (highly desired)
