Commercial Property Manager - Junior Level

Our client is a leading boutique commercial agency located in Melbourne's CBD. Due to consistent growth, they have the need for an additional Commercial Property Manager to join their high-achieving team. 

In return for your expertise, you will be supported by accounts, administration, and assistants within the business as well as have amazing growth opportunities.

About the role:

• Collaborate and Assist the Department Head in the management of a portfolio of 200 properties
• Huge career growth, with the vision for you to become a stand-alone Commercial PM within 6-12 months.
• Salary: Circa. $85,000 + super + bonuses (negotiable depending on experience)

Ideal Skills/Experience:

• Must have experience within Commercial Property, this is a perfect position for someone in an Assistant or Admin position within Commercial Real Estate.
• Highly proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experienced in providing high-quality tenancy and property management services.
• Proven organisational and tiime management skills.
