Capstone are proud to be partnering with a commercial real estate landlord who are experiencing rapid growth through a number of recent acquisitions and are keen to add a Commercial Property Manager to their team.
Your new role
The role will be managing a small number of quality retail and industrial assets and will be responsible for maximising revenue, controlling expenses, long-term capital growth and overall management of the portfolio. While working closely with the Asset Manager, you're role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategy for the portfolio.
- Management of investment performance, property budgets, insurance requirements, tenancy fit outs, in line with tenancy agreements, rentals and outgoings.
- Ensure the long term investment viability of assets.
- Oversee and manage special projects on time and within budget.
- Build strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Assist the Development division in review of Heads of Agreement and Leases.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- 2-5 years relevant experience in agency or client-side.
- Extensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate.
- Experience in Commercial Negotiations (Leasing).
- Project Management experience in dealing with CAPEX works or Tenant Fitouts.
- Setting, managing and reporting budgets.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to think critically and work autonomously.
