The Opportunity
- Melbourne-based and in-field role - VIC state
- Key Focus 1 – Strategic Sales Management Coaching & Support to the 3 Leaders
- Lead the Aged Care, Acute Care (Hospital) and Community teams in VIC
- In-direct reports of 15 Sales Reps
- Key Focus 2 – Corporate Key Account Management and Business Development – C-Suite level Aged Care focus and some Hospital
- This role will complement the existing well-performing team
- Cultivate a successful team environment and develop and maintain strong, lucrative key corporate accounts with a focus in Aged Care but also including Hospital ( Acute Care Divisions) and Community (Allied Health partners)

Skills Required
- Experienced Sales Leader with Aged Care industry exprience
- C-suite Corporate Account Management experience in Aged Care or Hospital/Acute Care Medical Devices
- Strong communication and motivational skills and high levels of integrity, reliability and commercial drive
- Capital equipment experience - nice to have!
- Solid track record in delivering successful results
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Live in Melbourne - preferably close to the north Melbourne area
