This specialised underwriting agency is actively seeking a Commercial Underwriter to join their accomplished team. What will you be doing?

• Quoting & binding new business for Southern Region within assigned underwriting authority and Binder agreements.
• Manage renewal review for assigned broker panel.
• Maintain awareness of claim activity with assigned book and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in providing input on underwriting results, profit analysis, market environment, competitor analysis and as required for ad hoc reports and projects.
• Actively develop & manage broker relationships.

What do you need?

• 2+ years of Commercial Property/ISR or Casualty experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and concise communicator
• Ability to interpret and understand policy wordings
