We are looking for chef’s that are able to work breakfast, lunch and dinner across different sections of our outlets.
Our Breakfast & Outlets Commis Chef will have the following desires;
- An understanding of current dining trends and tastes
- An understanding of Food Safety and HACCP requirements
- The ability to work effectively within the kitchen team
- Breakfast shifts can begin early as 4.30am
Commis Chef - UMA
Be a part of one of Perth’s best renowned restaurant. UMA is Pan Pacific Perth flagship restaurant serving Peruvian Cuisine. Our Commis Chef will have the following;
- An understanding of Food Safety and HACCP requirements
- The ability to work effectively within the kitchen team.
- Passion to enhance customer experience.
All our Commis Chefs will hold the following requirements.
- 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Basic understanding of HACCP or FSMS
- Work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
- Serious about a career as a Chef
- The ability to work under pressure.
