Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects related to industrial conveyors and water treatment systems. This role involves close collaboration with clients, efficient management of project teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Monitor and report on project progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector, with specific expertise in conveyors and water treatment systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with budgets up to $10 million.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
