My client is an Australian owned, well established national insurance builder who specialise in insurance repair and strata work.
With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, they have the experience and expertise to deliver building reinstatement and restoration services, reliably, efficiently and to the highest standard.
About the role:
Reporting to the branch manager who has 20+ years experience in the industry, you will be responsible for managing job sites and ensuring that the work is being delivered in accordance with safety, quality and budget requirements.
- Efficently manage work book of projects valued between $5k - $250k
- Manage, engage and coordinate with trades/subcontractors through each project including preparing trade packages, subcontractor tender analysis and letting of subcontracts.
- Liaise accordingly with clients, insurers, assessors and other stakeholders as required.
- Produce detailed scope and estimates of work when required.
About you:
- Min 2 years experience supervising insurance repairs.
- QBCC Site Supervisor License or equivalent.
- Trade background preferably carpentry is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
