Your Role:
As a Commis Chef primarily within our Conference and Events kitchen, you will embark on a journey of culinary exploration and growth. Whether you are recently qualified or an experienced professional, we will support you in honing your skills and advancing your career within an industry leader. Working alongside our professional kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent across our diverse culinary outlets, including:
Conferences and Events: From intimate day meetings to grand dinners, you will contribute to unforgettable experiences.
Terrace Restaurant: Where Tasmania's exquisite produce meets contemporary Australian flair.
Links Restaurant: Offering fabulous buffet dining overlooking our scenic golf course.
Watergarden Dining: Providing fast, great value dining options for our guests.
Bolters Pizzeria, Bar, and Grill: Serving up family dining choices and authentic wood-fired pizzas.
Production Kitchen: Bulk preparation of items to support our busy outlets.
Success Profile:
Trade level qualifications in commercial cookery.
A passionate and motivated approach to your work.
A commitment to delivering high-quality food with attention to detail.
Effective time management skills, enabling you to tackle tasks efficiently and methodically.
