Casual chef required for modern bar/ share food concept in Ascot.
Trading 4 days a week, Wednesday to Saturday, offering a great work life balance for the successful candidate with up to 40 hours / week.
Accessible to public transport and parking onsite available.
We are looking for a qualified chef with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience, preferably in an upmarket a la carte environment.
We produce a lot onsite with all the mod cons of a modern kitchen environment. A rotating menu featuring seasonal produce, highlighting the provenance where possible, this is an opportunity to cook in an environment where food is the hero, and creative input is welcome.
No split shifts, lunch and dinner service with functions. Kitchen closed by 9.
Permanent role may be available in time for the right person.
