Show your flair and prepare various dishes for our Restaurant La Bella and focus on the consistent delivery of our Breakfast offering, Room Service, and Conference & Events. Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will elevate each guest’s experience.
By taking pride in your workspace, with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.
What We need from you:
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen ideally in a Hotel environment
- Full time work rights in Australia
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
- Presentation – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Flexibility – early mornings, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
