Local Brewing Co is an environmentally and socially conscious brewery that promotes making a difference in the community, with every beer helping to raise a meal for someone in need through the SecondBite charity. Local Brewing Co opened the doors to its taproom in 2023 and has quickly become a hub for the Clifton Hill locals to come and hangout. Since, we have launched our kitchen menu which focuses on 72hr Proofed Pizza dough and sharing sides. During the day the brewery operates as Café 'Greater Good' and the next step for us is launching a café menu with a focus on local produce, good ingredients and great execution.
What we're after:
- Applicants with standout attitudes who love what they do

- Experience in bread/dough making
- Reliability
- Breakfast cooking experience and pizza experience with the ability to hand stretch dough is a must!
- Ability to work a mix of nights and mornings
- Capability of maintaining a clean, tidy workspace
