Premium Patios is a leading construction company specializing in premium outdoor living solutions, including patios, pergolas, carports, gazebos, and decks. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we're expanding our presence across South East Queensland.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you'll drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and securing new customers in the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, and Brisbane regions. Your responsibilities include prospecting, servicing clients, generating quotes, presenting proposals and closing deals!
This is a work from home role, and you have the freedom to make your own appointments and book your own schedule to meet prospects on site as required. Leads are expected to be serviced quickly and professionally to ensure optimal conversion rate. Currently we have salespeople in different states however our increased presence on the Gold Coast has led to an influx of leads that we need serviced. As a salesperson you can expect 35-55 leads per month with the intent to increase that further.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new customers through proactive prospecting.
Prepare all job costings associated with the quoted project.
Develop and grow sales in your designated region.
Provide expert guidance to customers on product options and construction methods.
Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Meet and exceed performance targets.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a sales role (2-3 years preferred).
Background in residential construction or trades (advantageous).
Familiarity with building regulations in QLD.
Familiarity with steel structures such as insulated patio construction and single skin construction along with timber structures such as decks, gazebos, pergolas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong sales acumen.
Access to a reliable vehicle and hold a valid Australian driver's license.
Possess a White Card.
Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
Competitive spirit and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency on computer operations is essential
