Role: Commission-Only Sales Agent

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a love for wine? Horner Wines are seeking a highly motivated Commission-Only Sales Agent to join our team in Sydney. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting relationships with customers, and promoting our premium wine selections, recently receiving two trophies at the NSW Wine Awards for ‘Best Organic Wine’ of NSW & ‘Best Red Blend’ of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on our product offerings and assist them in selecting the perfect wines to suit their preferences.
• Attend industry events, tastings, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Ability to work from home.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the wine industry or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Enthusiasm for wine and a willingness to continuously learn and expand product knowledge.
