The Opportunity:
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team, communicating with esteemed clients and representing PREMIUM PROPERTIES across prime locations. This is a unique chance to be associated with a renowned brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Handling Potential Buyer Inquiries
- Assisting with Auctions, Sale Campaigns, and Letter Box Drops
- Attending Meetings with Photographers and Stylists
- Email, Appointment, and Diary Management
- Buyer Call-Backs Following Open Homes
- Attending Weekly Sales Meetings & Training
- Conducting Open-Homes Alongside Lead Agent
- Preparing Properties for Open Homes, Preparation of Open Packs
Candidate Profile:
- A passion for Real Estate and Property Development
- At least 6 months of industry experience
- A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a competitive industry
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
