They are a well-established design practice based in Adelaide offering architecture, interior design, and urban design services, who are seeking a Communications and Bid Coordinatorwith an eye for detail and a fiery passion for the creative industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding briefs, requirements and specifications and translating them into clear and precise bids within client-defined timeframes.
- Coordinating technical and commercial inputs from stakeholders.
- Consolidating and strengthening documents for brand consistency, employing collaboration tools and best practices.
- Managing the graphic communication strategy, social media channels for marketing campaigns, content curation, and monthly performance reporting for brand implementation and studio communications.
- Developing a variety of high-quality marketing content, such as media releases/posts, presentations, and document templates.
- Quality control and maintenance of marketing databases, digital content, copywriting, editorial and Bid 'kit of parts'
- To chair and minute fortnightly Communications meeting with Directors,
- Developing and distributing regular email Communications and newsletters that are engaging.
- Assisting with website content updates with projects, news, and events.
We are looking for a superstar who can work under pressure and to challenging deadlines, has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and a proactive can-do attitude. The successful applicant will be self-driven and motivated, enthusiastic and a skilled communication whiz, adept in graphic design, digital marketing, and project delivery.
You will boast proven skills in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, and using various social media channels. Skills in content creation are a must, as is the proven ability to manage and market a brand.
