The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a key role responsible for creating brand content, managing communication channels, coordinating campaigns/events, and developing and bringing to life a wide range of Marketing and Communications deliverables and plans that align with the School’s strategic plan. This role works collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Communications to provide specialist Marketing and Communications support to a range of stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating/coordinating the development of multimedia content (filming, video editing, visual storytelling) for distribution across multiple platforms, including working with external suppliers
- Coordinating the production of marketing deliverables, including brochures, print and digital content and publications, merchandise and more
- Sourcing and craft stories on the School’s diverse people communities and achievements in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Communications
- Coordinating media relations and monitoring
- Coordinating events liaising with key stakeholders to ensure their success including regional engagement Coordinate and fine-tune marketing communications campaigns
- Developing and maintaining a robust and comprehensive content calendar and activities
- Monitoring and analysing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns to enable data-driven decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and Communications across all channels.
You will bring with you:
- Formal qualifications in the field of expertise.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating and implementing marketing strategies.
- A strong understanding and application of current and emerging trends within content marketing, with experience in developing content and distributing across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated project management experience engaging stakeholders, communicating, encouraging and developing the ideas of others.
- A flexible approach to work and being adept at prioritising, remaining calm under pressure and managing multiple competing priorities.
- A strong digital mindset with demonstrated experience using contemporary digital tools.
