MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Mildura, Victoria.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a strong attention to detail to lead our organisation's communications. This full-time, ongoing position is an exciting opportunity for someone with qualifications or relevant experience.
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for MASP’s internal and external communication and engagement activities, ensuring the organisation is always represented in a professional and consistent manner across all channels.

Expected commencing salary of $84,506.74 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.
Essential role-specific skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in a similar communication, member engagement or marketing role.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in visual and written content for social, digital, and print media.
- Highly effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems, CRM databases, marketing platforms, and publishing and design software platforms.
- Experience in event coordination, planning and budgeting.
Highly desirable role-specific skills, knowledge and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or similar.
- Experience in a not for profit / charitable organisation.
- Experience in the research and development of funding submissions.
- Familiarity with SEO optimisation.
