A newly created position has become available for a Communications & PR Manager to get the story out there about this incredible brand, rich with history and impressive projects! This is a position filled with purpose, you have the opportunity make a real impact enhancing the brand.
You will develop and implement internal and external communication plans for the business, reporting into this highly regarded Marketing Director, and with the support of 3 additional members in the marketing team and external agency partners.

- Define and lead the execution of the Communications and PR strategy for the corporate brand and projects across various channels including social media and some articles and press releases
- Internal Communications - monthly internal newsletter on behalf of MD
- Work with an external media agency across PR, Social Media, and long form copywriting, collaborating with the Project Marketing Manager/Coordinator
- Manage content execution across multi-channels such as EDM, LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO, Google, and social paid channels
- Plan and coordinate and media opportunities, interviews and briefings to generate positive media coverage
- Coordinate media and journalist enquiries - prior relationships beneficial
- Prepare key messages for MD and ELT, along with Thought Leadership opportunities that arise
- Be the content owner for the corporate website
- Stay on top of industry trends and news, working with the Marketing Director and team on strategic positioning of business within the market
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 5 + years’ experience
- Experience within Property, Agencies (with Property clients), Construction or related industries required
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that have positively impacted brand reputation and awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of content optimization for search engines and social media management tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing strategies from concept to execution
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism
