The Housing Industry Association is Australia’s peak residential building industry body. Our primary role is to represent and advance the interests of our members. We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to create and coordinate distribution of content for HIA South Australia.
We seek the services of a part-time Communications and Marketing Coordinator, working approximately 15 hours per week to coordinate, create, and deliver HIA content for communication and marketing channels, including eDM's, e-newsletters and social media platforms.
The main objectives of this role is to coordinate, create, and deliver HIA content for communication and marketing channels including: eDMs, e-newsletters and, social media platforms.
In conjunction with the Events and Partnerships Manager key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Maintaining HIA branding across all communications and marketing platforms;
- Creating and coordinating:
- content for HIA SA marketing platforms; and
- production of digital, print and other promotional collateral;
- Assisting in the development of a communications strategy that ensures effective promotion of events, activities and publications; and
- Working with key stakeholders to build brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Degree qualification in marketing or communications or 2-3 years’ experience in a related discipline;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Excellent time management – meets deadlines and can prioritise work;
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail;
- Ability to engage with people at all levels;
- Ability to work well autonomously; and
- Enjoying working in a fast paced environment.
