Let’s talk about you
High level of literacy for creating written content / communications in a Plain English style
Previous experience in communications is essential
Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to change the game
Flexibility to write for an external as well as internal audience
A very good eye for detail
Demonstrate organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An unequivocal commitment to the Aussie values and using them to make decisions

How will you support our “Why?”
Write Plain English internal and external communications to meet our current communications strategy
Review and add new content to our online Help Centre, and other parts of the website relevant to existing customers
Ensure our voice is heard, by monitoring and responding to online reviews, customer comments, and forums, and assisting the team with organic social media content
Communicate outages externally and internally in line with our crisis management framework
Review and add new content to our intranet
Assist the media relations team when required
