Be challenged and imagine with usAs the Communications Specialist, you will be the editorial expert of our Indigenous voice, responsible for creatively communicating the inspiring stories of excellence in Indigenous education to our communities.
Whether it be writing long form articles, content for owned and earned channels, or engaging with journalists, you will identify and share stories about the research, people, programs, and achievements of the Indigenous Strategy and Leadership Division, the Wollotuka Institute, and other areas of Indigenous excellence.
This specialist role will contribute communications expertise to University-wide initiatives aimed at connecting with First Nations communities and delivering against the University’s reconciliation and equity priorities.
This fixed term position is a Parental Leave cover until May 2025, is full time, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
What we offerThe remuneration for this position is from $95,822 to $107,800 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
