My client is a rapidly growing business dedicated to providing motor enthusiasts and wholesalers with a comprehensive range of support functions for repair, maintenance, and construction. As they continue to expand, we're seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join the  team and drive the marketing efforts to new heights.

What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be at the forefront of executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all aspects of marketing and communications tactics, with a focus on events and media channels.
• Managing day-to-day social and ongoing activities, while keeping an eye on future opportunities.
• Tracking campaign effectiveness and recommending adjustments to optimize results.
• Providing vital support to our field teams and National Sales Manager, particularly in B2B/trade communications and campaigns.
• Acting as the primary contact point for retail channel and category management, fostering key relationships with major retailers and trade partners.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for our products and a healthy interest in fast and classic motors
• A degree in Marketing or relevant experience in a related trade field.
• Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating efficient project management and value addition.
• Bonus points for experience in event and sponsorship coordination/activation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to various audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
