This organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Care Manager to lead manage the team on the Gold Coast. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced care staff, supporting our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of high functioning HCP Care Coordinators
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
• Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
• Conduct business development to in grow client numbers 
• Conuct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Aged Care industry in a management position (leading a team of Case Managers/Coordinators)
• Relevant Degree/Qualifications in Community Management/Healthcare
• Strong leadership skills required 
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
• In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
• Current Drivers License
