We are looking for new and experienced full time and part time Registered Nurses to join there beautiful and homely community.
The Role
If you are a hard-working Registered Nurse and can provide to your clients in the community, ensuring that it is a safe environment with the facility. Applying your clinical skills and to their quality of life throughout different activities you will be supported by the Clinical Care team. Making sure you can understand that this will be your home and work to make the environment feel warm and welcome.
Your duties include:
- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
- Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
- Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
- Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
