Temporary full time up to 2 years
Salary: $87,550 to $97,986 per annum (based on 70 hours per fortnight) plus superannuation and a nine-day fortnight.
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

About the role
The position requires a good communicator with experience of working in the Community Development sector bringing together a shared vision through working with multiple and varied stakeholders
The position will involve collaborating with, and strengthening relationships between the community, local organisations and Council to achieve the necessary outcomes.
The position helps coordinate community engagement activities, initiatives, and events and advocate on behalf of our Shires residents.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in Community Development or social science and good research skills or extensive experience in the sector.
You will be a proactive, strategic thinker with well-developed communication and consultation skills.
