Also critical is the ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the School - its values and strategic direction to ensure all engagement activities are aligned to fostering sustainable engagement with key stakeholders, specifically alumnae, parents, and friends. • Manage alumnae reunions, networking opportunities and mentoring programs that optimise attendance and encourage ongoing engagement with the School.
  • Maintain a commitment to celebrating alumnae and their individual successes (profiles, and awards) including the administration of the annual Emily Hensley Award.
  • Plan and curate relevant communications to promote programs of engagement activities, using appropriate channels including MGGS's digital platforms to the relevant community segments to encourage participation and/ or engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of initiative and the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders from different backgrounds, age groups, and interest areas. As a team player you will contribute positively with diplomacy and responsiveness. Tertiary qualifications in either the arts, business, public relations, marketing, human resources or related field and/ or five or more years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
