Role Overview
Part time opportunity in the Victor Harbour location as a Community Enrolled Nurse! Flexible days and times but minimum 15 hours and maximum 25 hours per week.
As a dedicated care provider, you ensure the elderly receive top-notch clinical care and nursing services, following strict policies, in the comfort of their own home. From medication to wound care, you prioritize excellence. You positively influence care practices, champion continuous improvement, and embrace Kalyra Communities' vision and values wholeheartedly.
Additional responsibilities:
- To assess client’s clinical care needs, recommend and implement plans and actions as necessary
- To provide clinical advice or direction to staff as required
- Conduct client assessments and implement plans and actions as necessary
- To recommend changes to the client support plan in accordance with client requirements.
- Administer client medication
About the Person
You excel in resident nursing, teamwork, and independent work, showcasing a commitment to quality service and continuous improvement. Your strengths lie in organizational planning, conflict resolution, and communication, ensuring confidentiality. Committed to ongoing professional development, you actively maintain relevant skills.
Apart from this we ask that you have the following:
- Current AHPRA registration
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain before commencement
- 3 x covid vaccinations and willingness to have the 2023 flu vaccination
