Breast Cancer Research Centre WA (BCRC-WA), is a world leader and is one of the most highly regarded breast cancer clinical trials unit in Australia, located in newly furbished offices at Hollywood Private Hospital. We are seeking an experienced fundraising coordinator for the co-ordinator and delivery of the fundraising and events portfolio.

The Fundraising Coordinator role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with community groups, organisations, and high-value Third-Party fundraisers. The role will also play an important part in the delivery of the organisation’s annual events calendar.
As the Community Fundraising Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO to coordinate:
- Support and monitor external fundraising events via email and online requests
- be the point of contact and support to external fundraisers , providing information and collateral to support their goals.
- Process donations and issues receipts for fundraisers
- Monitor and receipt fundraising through PayPal, Give now, Grassrootz and other giving platforms
- Provide digital marketing co-ordinator with stories, photos and content to thank and promote fundraisers on social media and in our newsletter in a timely manner
In order to be successful for this role, the applicant will have:
- Previous experience with donors and Community Fundraising
- Familiarity/previous experience working with not for profit organisations
- Highly developed computer literacy and data management skills within a fundraising context. Experience with Clarety CRM an advantage.
- Highly developed communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and delivery to set objectives.
- Business development experience.
