An exciting opportunity for an emerging Office & Events superstar to join our administration team at Revo HQ in Nedlands. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, organising events, and providing administrative support to foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests, processing inward and outward mail and freight.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are appropriately prepared for various meetings and events.
- Managing the staff calendar, ensuring all staff movements are accurately recorded and updated.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office including ordering office supplies, purchasing kitchen amenities, and arranging maintenance.
- Arranging building access and parking for HQ employees and visitors.
- Processing invoices and managing expenses including reconciliations.
- Setting up user profiles in our Corporate Travel Management system and providing support to users, as required.
- Organising and planning office events including catering, set up, and packing away.
- Assisting onboarding and offboarding administration for employees including desk allocation and setup.
- Undertaking various tasks as required, including running errands and providing general administration support to the office.
- Providing additional administration support including diary management and administrative support for Executives and maintaining confidentiality as required.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in receptionist/office management or event coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisations skills and time management to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional adaptability skills to changing/conflicting priorities.
