About the Role
This exciting and community focused position will work within a dynamic team supporting the Shire’s Community Partnerships Unit including Community Development, Community Wellbeing, Community Inclusion and Volunteer Management functions.
Reporting to the Manager Community Partnerships the core responsibilities include:
- High-level Administrative support in Business/Marketing/Communication/ Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Health Promotion, and related fields
- Support the planning and implementation of the unit’s events, projects and programs including stakeholder and community engagement.
- Build collaborative and productive relationships with external stakeholders including service providers.

- Well-developed computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and websites.
