The role

Guide Dogs Queensland has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Community Partnerships Officer to join our Community Engagement team based at our beautiful head office in Bald Hills.
This full-time position, reporting to the Community Partnerships Advisor, is responsible for providing administrative support for our community fundraising events and activities. This position will:
- Maintain accurate records of all supporter contacts in Microsoft Dynamics
- Respond to incoming community and corporate enquiries
- Assist with inventory and system management
- Provide key support to overall community and corporate partnerships team and program operations as guided by management
- Event coordination and assistance including managing bookings, placing requests, liaising with contractors, vendors and volunteers, post event reporting and banking
About You
Our successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ experience within administration or a similar role
- Relevant qualifications or experience in office administration
- Current Open Driver’s Licence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
