Community Programs Project Officer

Creative Community Concepts are seeking an energetic, outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team!

Our organisation aims to connect and empower communities through sporting projects throughout the Central and Far West of NSW.

We are offering a full-time position based in Dubbo. In this role you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities within our Youth Activation Project in 3 locations. You will also assist other Project Officers in the delivery of their programs, maintain a strong presence and build networks in identified communities and help build morale and community spirit through the delivery of  programs.

A current driver’s license is an essential criterion, and you will be required to travel with the occasional overnight stay. All travel expenses are covered by the organisation.

We are committed to being a ChildSafe organisation so a WWCC and Criminal History Check will need to be obtained along with relevant child safety training as required.

Must have

• Excellent communication and sound computer skills.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
• To be self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work in a team and possess leadership skills.
• Physically capable to deliver practical activities.
