Your role
Administration Assistant provides quality administrative services including, but not limited to, the ability to conduct induction interviews/work placement assessments and inspections and allocate clients to appropriate agencies through written instructions.

What you'll do
This role requires successful applicants to be successful in completing the Community Service training and hold a current driver's licence and the willingness to drive within NSW. There are extensive training opportunities and promotional opportunities on progression. If you enjoy administrative work, supporting team members and liaising across multiple stakeholders then this work will interest you!
What we're looking for
- Sound knowledge of, and/or the ability to learn the philosophy and objectives of the Community Service Order scheme and relevant acts and regulations.
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety issues, and the ability to undertake inspections to establish suitability of the agency for Community Service Work will also be required.
- Ability to work in a positive way with a variety of people, including those on Court orders to complete Community Service, a variety of community agency staff, community volunteers, and internal stakeholders from management to Community Correction's officers is a key characteristic of the role.
