We are seeking a Compliance and Enforcement Officer to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis until 30 June 2025. The role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with total remuneration package ranging from $120,859 up to $133,183 per annum plus 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The Compliance and Enforcement Officer is responsible for achieving the efficient and effective administration of the Compliance and Enforcement functions of the Combat Sports Act 2013 and Combat Sports Regulation 2014.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Relevant industry experience working in a regulatory/compliance environment with high-level knowledge of applicable regulations, policies and framework.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and strong background in managing positive stakeholder relationships.
- Proven competency and drive, showcasing expertise in conducting compliance reviews, investigations, preparing reports, and providing recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Essential requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Available for weekend and evening duty as required for attendance at combat sport contests
- Ability to obtain and maintain accreditation as a Combat Sports Inspector
- National Criminal Records Check
