- Supporting the compliance and HR teams to deliver training opportunities and to perioperative staff

- Advanced computer skills including Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience in one or more key information systems: RiskClear & Microsoft ONE DRIVE
- Strong experience in electronic document management systems.
- Strong knowledge of NSQHS Standards and experience in maintaining accreditation.
- Compliance expertise within a healthcare sector, preferably Day Hospitals or larger hospitals.
- Attention to detail will be one of your key strengths.
- Qualifications in nursing, clinical, or health science are preferable.
- Driver's Licence.
- Capacity to work in Australia.
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance & regulation within healthcare.
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in medical healthcare.
- Experience using QPulse or similar electronic document management systems.
- Experience using One Drive, Sharepoint, or similar cloud-based file-share platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building backend workflows for Riskclear, Qpulse or similar software.
