The Opportunity
Working in a small team you will be responsible for administering the compliance framework and workflows across Greenstone and providing advice and sign off for key marketing material and internal procedures, assessing potential and actual compliance incidents, identifying and closing compliance gaps with key stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
While we have a great team environment, we are looking for a self-starter who can manage tasks and work with minimal direction. You will need to enjoy working collaboratively with both your peers and the wider Greenstone team
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in financial services compliance roles
- Working knowledge of ASIC Regulatory Guides and financial services law
- Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders to achieve compliant outcomes
Desirable
- Undergraduate degree in commerce, finance, law or a related field.
- Relevant industry qualifications, including RG146 compliance in life insurance.
- Experience in Life Insurance compliance.
- Experience with online Enterprise Risk Management systems.
- Experience in producing Board and Committee reporting.
