ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Compliance Coordinator to join our team. Due to our ongoing operational growth, we looking to expand our busy Mobilisation team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our onboarding/ Mobilisation function ensuring all client specific compliance requirements are met.
Key duties include:
- Update databases with qualifications and competencies.
- Booking client site-specific inductions and training.
- Liaise with the mobilisation team regarding site-specific requirements.
- Liaise with the recruitment department regarding position-specific onboarding requirements.
- Developing robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Generating compliance reports weekly
- Ensuring all personnel are compliant with the site requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a role like Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc.
- Experience using mobilisation, or planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX is desirable.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation and compliance requirements.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
