You should also be skilled to prepare and issue compliance notices and other documentation in accordance with relevant legislation.Compliance Officer – Level 4This role contributes to proactive title compliance through the verification of title applications and other dealings made under various legislation. Responsibilities also include processing dealings and preparing reports and recommendations for decision making purposes.The ideal candidate is skilled and experienced to monitor compliance with governing legislation, relevant policy, and title conditions, including identifying and investigating potential breaches of relevant legislation and contributing to improvements of title compliance policy, process, and procedures.Senior Compliance Officer – Level 5This role acts under delegated authority from the Minister to determine applications and other dealings made under relevant legislation.
