Qualifications & experience
- Qualifications and/or experience in a relevant field such as business or healthcare administration.
- Perform in busy environment, adapt and manage changing priorities/deadlines.
- Confident to work autonomously with high level of initiative and as part of a team.
- Experience in a Health and/or Aged Care environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the Aged Care industry regulations, legislation, and guidelines issued by the Australian government, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits to assess the organisation's adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes auditing against the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and relevant state/territory legislation.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
